I am based in BRIXTON on Monday - Saturday

PREMIUM SLOTS 

 

If your appointment starts BEFORE 10 am 

or start at 6 pm and after is an out of of hour slot and requires and out of hour fee of £15 above your overall bill.

Please call me on 07850200508 to book an appointment before or after these times. Out-of-hours appointments are an extra £15.

£15 is included in the deposits for all of the out of hour appointments. 

 

Once you have selected your time and date, you will need to pay a £20 card deposit to secure your space, which will later be deducted from your overall CASH payment. 

 

Please take out money before you arrive to your appointment on time as CASH is the only payment I will accept before your appointment starts. 

 

 

LATENESS AND CANCELLATIONS

 

Please arrive to your appointment on time. I have a late fee that will be added to your overall bill. If you are later than 5m you will have to pay an extra £5, later than 10m will be an extra £10. If you are 15m late you will pay £15 and so on. However, if I do have an appointment right after your slot I will cancel you and you will need to book again with a new deposit. 

 

Your deposit will not be refunded. 

 

Cancellations need to be done before 48h of your appointment. Any later you will not receive your deposit back.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

 

 

Please check your eyes for any unusual discolouration or lumps and bumps please contact Lashzoneuk as your appointment will be cancelled(deposit will get lost) and you will have to book in again, as Lashzoneuk will not risk any outbreaks of infections or reactions.

 

On the day of your appointment please come Makeup, oil, lash-glue (any kind) free as any products will reduce your retention. An extra lash bath will be added to your bill.

Please do not bring your friend(s) as I do not accelerate to plus ones.

(I do cater to mothers with children) - if you do need to bring your child please give me a call.

Only CASH PAYMENTS

 

Please come to your appointment on time as a late fee with be added to your bill. (Read lateness and cancellation for more info) 

 

• I do not work on other lash tech sets. If you do come in with any remaining lashes from your previous sets(by other lash techs) I will charge for removal and a full set. 

• When your set is finished there is no refunds. You are able to contact me in the next 48h if you have any problems with retention, shedding, or allergies 

• Clients are responsible to arrange a patch test 24-48hours prior to their appointment. Failure to arrange a patch test prior to their appointment will result in the treatment being carried out at their own risk.
